Vinification Details: The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. The grapes are lightly crushed to gently release the juice, which is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for around 10 days, to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit flavours. Once the wine has finished fermentation, it is filtered and prepared for bottling.
History: I heart is exciting and innovative. We've approached wine with a fresh pair of eyes! Approaching wine from a different angle means discarding the stuffy traditions of the wine world, creating a brand that is full of energy and aimed at people who know what they enjoy!
